1 General Rules

The name and date of birth entered at registration cannot be changed later, so it is essential to provide correct information.

3.2 Updating Contact Information

If your mobile number or email changes, update it immediately from your account settings. tbjee will not be responsible if OTPs or other security messages are not received due to outdated information.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately via live chat.

tbjee will never ask for your password or OTP by email or phone. If you receive any such communication, treat it as fraudulent and inform our support team.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal limit is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.

5.3 Transaction Transparency

A record of every transaction will be stored in the history section of your account. If you notice any discrepancy in a transaction, notify our support team within 48 hours.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed within a specified time period.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• tbjee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

7 Game Rules

All games on tbjee are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) rate, which can be found within the game or in the help section.

7.1 Sports Betting

The applicable odds and rules for sports betting are stated on the relevant event's page. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to tbjee's pre-established policy. For multi-bets, the entire bet is lost if not all selections win.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated in real time, and the outcome of each game is determined by an automated and impartial system. If a game is incomplete due to a technical fault, the bet for that round will be refunded.

7.3 Game Errors

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbjee platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

If evidence of prohibited activity is found, tbjee reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance, permanently close the account, and take legal action if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

tbjee may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Sufficient evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found.
• The identity verification process has not been completed.
• Fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• On legal instruction or order from a regulatory authority.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

10 Limitation of Liability

tbjee will not be liable in the following situations:
